the 1st Hohenberg-Kohn theorem point out there exist an electronic density of ground state, which is bijective of wave function, and the 2nd Hohenbery-Kohn theorem give the way to find the electronic density, i.e., by minimizing the total energy. So they are different, and from 1st cannot give the 2nd directly.
