    I would use the class of DFT methods, as this looks like a very large molecule. Not including any correlation in such a molecule would probably give a result that is not close at all to the exact solution. Solving this with HF and trying to include correlation with post-HF methods will also be very time expensive. In DFT, at least some of the correlation is already included.
