Computational Materials Physics phonons and temperature soft modes and phase transitions

This is a preliminary section, to be treated with caution. The present rough material is meant to get the project teams of the year 2020-2021 started with soft mode analysis. Will be elaborated later to become a more comprehensive and systematic lecture.
