Quantum physiccs and Classical mechanics are considered Ab initio model because they contained fundamental equations which cannot be further broken down (from first principles). For instance quantum physics relies on the schrondinger’s equations and classical mechanics on newton’s equations. Similarly, classical electromagnetism relies on Maxwell’s equations so it can be considered as an Ab initio model.
