Quantum Physics describes behavior in the micro/nanoscale, while Classical Mechanics can describe the behavior in the macroscale. There is a possibility where we can try to model macroscale phenomena from quantum physics, but the required computational/time resources could keep up with the number of information that is input/output through the process. Regarding classical electromagnetism, I would not be able to say whether is an ab initio model.
