    The lecture presents one to one correspondence between the density and external potential implying the external potential can be calculated from density thus highlighting the fact that wave function is not needed to calculate external potential.
    The page from wikipedia highlights similar context by saying the external potential as the unique functional of electron density which is sufficient to know all the required information about the system.
