    Firstly, in a solar system the planets are not indistuinguishable, swapping two electrons does not make a difference while classically it does. Also there are quantum mechanical properties like spin which result in anti-symmetric wavefunctions or even spin orbit coupling (as an expansion on the Hamiltonian) which does not occur classically. Planets are also fully localized, however, electrons are not they have a density functional.
