    Question If: f(x+3) = x2+8x+16 f(x)=?
    y=x+3
    x=y–3
    f(x+3) = x2+8x+16f(x+3)=x2+8x+16
    f(y)=y2+2y+1f(y)=y2+2y+1
    f(x)=x2+2x+1=(x+1)2
