Hello from Córdoba, Argentina

Hi, I’m María José, a physicist graduated from Licenciatura en Física degree at the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba.

I came to this course because I want to learn how to implement DFT and do some practical examples. I want to pursue a PhD in Condensed Matter Physics abroad, so while I looking for that, I am trying to learn useful tools. I find this course very cool and easy to follow! I am happy to have found it.

My country is beautiful, I will always recommend people to come to visit. It’s really big and have landscapes for all tastes! Regarding my city (Córdoba) and its surroundings, I will say that the rivers and the mountains of the “Sierras de Córdoba” are very beautiful. I wish you could have the opportunity to see them someday.

For my future, I would love to do a PhD near The Netherlands (where my boyfriend, who is also a physicist, got a PhD opportunity), and after having travelled, learned from other places and people, and lived outside, come back to my beloved country to share and colaborate here with all the research, experience and knowledge I could bring back.
