Hi, I am Dr. Inigo

I am from Chennai, India. You can visit this city/state for its amazing culture and food. Especially Ancient Temples and very old churches.
I completed my Doctorate in Environmental Engineering. I consider myself an expert when it comes to understanding the characteristics of water/wastewater/waste and I can design systems efficiently to purify water and recover valuable resources from wastewater.

I am a curious person. My research during doctoral degree was very simple. I used electrodes to oxidize organic pollutants. Although I am not a material scientist, it is really interesting, how these materials possess unique characteristics that we exploit for safekeeping the environment. These days, the problems are no more general as it used to be. Scientists are addressing very specific problems that will require very specific solutions. I want to know if learning DFT can help me solve these specific problems.

As a sub-par nation when it comes to Sanitation, I want to make my country sanitation conscious. My part, I will try to provide them with clean water and help with waste management. This course will help me provide them with clean water. Especially, finding novel materials for coating membranes, sorption and advanced oxidation technologies.
