I would consider every planet as a quasi-particle and the energy terms in the kohn-Sham hamiltonian would be the kinetic energy of the planet, the gravitational energy of the planet relative to the sun (= nucleus), the potential energy of the planet in the average gravitational field of the other planets and the exchange correlation energy of the planet.
