In the cif file that I first downloaded (1526264.cif on COD), the Wyckoff letter is not mentioned and i tried to find the Wyckoff letter using the BCS, but I could not work it out.
Then I downloaded 2310434.cif (COD) and the Wyckoff letter is again not mentioned, but now it was easy to find the Wyckoff letter via the BCS because other coordinates are mentioned for Pb and O.
Then I downloaded another cif file on COD (101977) and that file did contain the Wyckoff letters and they were the same as the ones I found using the BCS.
