Materials from thought

I agree about the idea of using computation to design new materials from thought. If you can calculate the properties of materials before fabricating it, then it will be much easier to choose which materials to create in the lab, which saves costs and experimental time. I think that this concept is already here and it is being used in the present, however there are a lot of improvements that can be made to make it more accurate and fast.
