– My background: I am a postdoc with solid background in MD simulation, and want to extend my simulation ability to include ab initio to be able to start one day from atoms to dynamics of some big molecules.
– Expectation : extensive application of DFT to design small biomolecules, with different base sets after clear understanding of the theory behind
