Adedeji Akindadelo from Babcock University, Ilishan Remo, in Nigeria from where i am taking this course. Anyone, might want to visit my country because of her rich diverse culture, local food and good hospitality. I have a background in materials synthesis and characterization having obtained M.Sc. in materials science and B.Sc. in physics from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. I currently work as a researcher in Babcock University and have interest in computational skills for predicting materials (perovskite, crystalline materials) properties for thermal, optical and electronics application.
I want to be exposed to computational concepts and codes to achieve my desired interest. My longer term goal in life is to join the global research institute in solving problems relating to materials discoveries and use which I believe this course will contribute.Hello Adedeji, nice to meet you. I’ve never been to Nigeria but I’ve been to Niger, maybe next time! How did you end up in a class at Ugent? It’s so random!
