Assuming the solar system is Rutherford’s representation of an atom, the sun as the nucleus and the planets as electrons, the kinetic energy of the planets is the T0, the interaction between the planets (gravitational maybe?) is represented by VH, then, the gravitational effect generated by the sun and the planets will be the Vext, and the exchange-correlation will be an effect produced by the gravitational interaction of the planets in statical and dynamical terms.
