    I tried removing the lettered labels as per the earlier suggestions, but am still getting a warning message:
    ***Warning : Site occupancies not found, assuming all occupancies = 1.

    I have the same warning, but as I have understood DFT cannot take into account other occupancie ratios anyways, thus assuming 1 for all seems fair.
