On Wikipedia has the following sentence:

”If two systems of electrons, one trapped in a potential v1(r) and the other in v2(r), have the same ground-state density n(r) then v1(r)-v2(r) is necessarily a constant”

According to the 1st theorem, we have a one-to-one correspondence so if they have the same density, do those potentials have to be the sam,e not a constant?
